The infrared rays penetrate deep into your body and heal underlying tissue damage. They are able to penetrate deeper into the body than traditional dry heat can, which increases their ability to actively detoxify and energize your body.


Infrared sauna is a great way to enhance your health and well being. Many studies have shown that infrared sauna can provide a variety of benefits including increasing your energy levels, improving circulation and blood flow, stimulating the metabolism and helping release toxins from your body which can help you lose weight and feel younger.

What is an infrared sauna?

Unlike a traditional sauna that warms the air around you, an infrared sauna uses electromagnetic waves to warm your body directly. This is done at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna.

Reduces stress and promotes relaxation
Reduces pain and inflammation
Improves skin function
Provides relief from sore muscles and chronic fatigue symptoms

Stay hydrated – Bring a water bottle and drink plenty of water before during and after your session. There is a sink inside the room with glasses that you may use outside of the sauna.
Start small – For first time users should stick to 15-20 minutes at a time.
Cool down – Take the time to cool down after your session. Once your time is up, push the door open and take three breaths before exiting. Have a glass of water as soon as you exit and dampen a cloth to cool yourself.
What to wear – Wear loose clothing that you’re comfortable to sweat in or a bathing suit. It is recommended to bring a towel as well.

No showers are available

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, a heart condition, asthma, or have a history of seizures you are required to have clearance from a doctor before proceeding with the use of the infrared sauna.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the sauna.
